Sales Manager

What are you going to do?

• You manage multiple teams and ensure optimal collaboration.
• Together with management, you set the commercial course and translate objectives into concrete actions for your team.
• You analyze the market and identify new opportunities.
• You actively build new business within the hotel and gastronomy sectors, among others.
• You bring structure to the department and optimize existing processes.
• You work closely with styling, sales administration, and marketing.
• You develop and implement a strong after-sales plan.
• You ensure a positive team atmosphere in which performance and enjoyment go hand in hand.

What do you bring to the table?

• At least 5 years of commercial and managerial experience, preferably in B2B wholesale.
• HBO working and thinking level.
• Good command of spoken and written German and English.
• Entrepreneurship, commercial drive, and a results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and natural leadership.
• A representative appearance and a flexible attitude.
• You are confident and ready for the next step in your career.
