How do I become a Colmore Member?
Becoming a Colmore Member is easy. Simply complete the registration form on our website with your company details. As Colmore is exclusively a B2B wholesaler, registration is only available to business customers.
After registering, you will receive immediate access to our webshop, allowing you to explore the complete collection, view prices and even place your first order right away.
Within 24 hours, our team will verify your company details and VAT number and determine whether your business qualifies for our industry-related professional discount. Until this verification has been completed, orders can already be placed, but no professional discount will be applied and VAT will be charged at checkout.
Once your account has been verified, the correct VAT conditions and any applicable professional discount will automatically apply to your Colmore account.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. A minimum order value of €100 applies to orders within the Netherlands. For orders shipped to other EU countries, the minimum order value is €250.
How often do you add new products to the collection?
Our collection is constantly evolving. We introduce new products every week and sometimes even daily. Our team is always searching for unique pieces, distinctive designs and inspiring new additions to keep the Colmore collection fresh and full of surprises.
What is the expected delivery time?
We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order size and product availability.
